As per a lot of the comments here, I was offered a decent price for my Iphone 8, but when their 'engineers' looked at it it had lots on apparent 'issues' - so offered half the original offer price.
Luckily I remember to take photos of the phone before i sent it off and have asked for them to return it.
Their comments were obviously scripted in advance as they were clearly madeup.
AVOID.
