Same as everyone else really it seems common practice to say there are “faults” with device and then try to offer a much lower price.
I sent a pretty much perfect iPhone 7 they offered around £100, when the “engineer report” came back it said it was covered in scratches and the battery was poor (this has been used for the past 3 years so wouldn’t be brand new condition on the battery) They offered me £65, I declined straight away and asked them to send it me back to be honest I was dreading having it back after finding the reviews on here and thinking what would of happened to it. In fairness I received it back in the same condition I sent it - I still could not see any so called scratches and got my partner to look at it too he said you could see minuscule marks in the light - In my opinion a very unfair way of judging a condition of a phone that would be used and hold it against you to try and rip you off- avoid this company don’t waste your time
