They lie about the condition of the phone and offer a reduced price. They did this to my wife at the same time.

“ This is a lie and an absolute scam, you did this to my wife last week. Please return the phone in the exact condition it was sent. I have a video and photos of the exact condition that I will be posting across all social media. Alternatively you could just honour your commitment.”
