It’s a scam...
After having my device for nearly 2 weeks they emailed their ‘engineers report’ that basically said they identified a scratch and therefore knocking 28% (£77) off the price they offered! I think their entire business model is dependant on soft people agreeing to their significantly reduced prices for ease. I bet they’ve never ever paid the advertised price for a phone. This should be better regulated.
