Avoid - initial quote was reasonable, but engineer's report upon receipt did not reflect the condition of the phone when shipped and the resulting reduced offer was laughable; have requested return of device so it can be sold via a company who are willing to make an honest assessment of condition. Checking other recent reviews it seems this is a fairly common occurrence when selling devices, which is odd when they have so many positive reviews relating to the condition of the products that they sell.
