Bought a refurbished iPhone 7 from them , it stopped working within weeks sent it back . When I received it back they hadn’t fixed it and told me to send back and I would be more or less charged £30 if it didn’t have any of the issues I mentioned . The way it was written it felt like a threat . In the end up I did not return it to them . I have no mobile phone at the moment and am scrimping and saving to buy another mobile phone as it’s a necessity . I had originally gave them a 5 star review on trust pilot but they ask for a review just after receiving the phone so obviously they will get positive reviews . This company are sending out barely working phones that have scratches and marks on them , mine was meant to be in pristine condition and supposedly premium Warrenty .in hindsight I should have sent back as soon as I got it and got my money back .
