Avoid....
I had a Google Pixel 6a which they valued at £86. Upon receipt they told me it had an array of damage and was in poor condition. They offered me £40. This was certainly not true - it had no scratches or dents. I asked them to return it to me 4 times but they put the money into my account anyway. Complaining again they offered me another £12. I said I wanted it back. They have not yet responded....
