Honestly one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. I had pixel 8 pro in very good condition, online I was offered £280, they got my phone, they said my phone was all scratched on the front, back and on the camera, 100% lies. They ordered me £140, it took me almost a week for them to give my phone back.
They went back and forth giving me daft prices. They offered me £140, £180, £201 and then £225.
I received my phone back on a Saturday and the same day I got the money I wanted for it.
Please don't waste your time with this company.
