DO NOT USE!
I wish I had read the reviews before I parted with my immaculate condition iPhone X which Handtec valued at £435!
Upon receipt they revised the offer to £145 saying that the screen and body of the phone was scratched along with problems with the mic - all rubbish!
I am now trying to get my phone back! I will have no hesitation in contacting Trading Standards or taking legal action against this company! It’s just disgraceful!
