Do not use this company to trade your old device in, I had a Samsung s9 plus 128gb, they ask on their site is it working or broken locked or unlocked so I selected working and unlocked, had a valuation of £203 Come back, I was happy with this quote so sent my phone off to them, I then have an email a couple of days later saying they have received my phone but are lowering the offer to £100 due to scratches on the side of the phone and marks on the screen, they never asked about the condition I was aware of a couple of marks around the side, the scratch on the screen I never noticed, I said I was not happy with their new valuation and could I have the phone back, I was told this would cost me an extra £30 and they then offered me £130 for my old device, I accepted their offer as I couldn’t be bothered to pay the rerun cost and then sell my phone else where, the company is just a scam
