Sent off my perfect working iPhone 8 after an offer of £170, heard nothing for 3 weeks so emailed and got told as others had that it’s in poor condition and can only offer £40. I refused and requested my phone be returned. This is 5 weeks ago, they now say Royal Mail has lost my phone and I need to take it up with them. Thieves and scammers . Avoid at all costs
