I sent my boxed Apple watch Series 4 with all accessories to Handtec and when they got it they reduced the offer from £150 to £80. When I declined the offer and asked for it to be returned I literally got the watch in a plastic bag. No box, no cable, no charger.
Customer service refused to help me.
Do not sell to these people, there are much better alternatives out there.
