Please Let Me Define Express
Express is not over 2 weeks.
Express is not sending via US Mail.
Express should not cost $20
Truly a horrid experience. Will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service. Supervisor (who apparently reports directly to the owner?!) cannot read a message. Company cannot send an email.
Return process seems to be in place to dissuade returns as does the rude employees.
Stay away from this company.
