Avoid at all costs. Bought 4 shirts 2-3 months ago, two have already ripped by the arm.
Been buying TM Lewin and Charles Tyrwhitt for 20 years and never had an issue. Check the guarantee period - none is offered here, at the others there is 6 months.
Spoke to customer services and apparently it's been too long. So they aren't built to last maybe 6-8 wears (over Christmas and been on holiday since).
Looking at other reviews, this is clearly an issue they have had multiple times and possibly why they no longer have a guarantee period.
