Absolutely dreadful customer service. I purchased a pair of black brogues (at over £100) for my teenage son (for use at school) in July - he started wearing them on 4 September at the start of term and within three days one of the heels had come off. Both the Westfield store and their online customer services team have refused to help in any way whatsoever due to the fact that it is more than 28 days since purchase (although the shoes had only been worn for three days) and I no longer have the receipt (although the store have a record of my purchase and I have a credit card statement showing the purchase). Genuinely shocking treatment of customers - I would absolutely not purchase anything from this brand ever again. I would suggest going to somewhere like John Lewis where they actively try to sort issues and take pride in their customer service experience.
