Appalling online customer service. Tried to wriggle out of a refund by claiming the returned shirt had been worn and was marked. Untrue. Showed it to one of their shop managers who agreed it had not been worn and was unmarked. He obtained refund. He apologised but not the customer service people. What despicable behaviour.
