I had genuinely great experience today at Hawes & Curtis store in Brent Cross shopping centre. I was served by a sales consultant Ellie Smith, she was extremely polite and courteous while serving me. I was looking particular colour for my daughter's graduation and the suit I liked was not available in my size rather than she gave up. She went to stock room to find other options and also went online to show me different options which was impressive as I had been to a few big stores where service was not even good enough to compare with the customer service and experience Ellie provided. I ended up choosing completely different suit all due to her great attitude and commitment towards her customers. Finally it was extremely nice of her manager who came out to say bye and thanking us for our visit to their store. Ellie thanks for your assistance and time. I will surely recommend my friends and family to your store to receive excellent customer experience.
