Beautiful long formal shirts which fit me perfectly. They look elegantly tailored and it is a delight to receive the delivery. However, next day delivery did not happen, so one rang customer service and was promptly dumped into someone's voicemail. Hopefully, next time this will not occur. Charles Tyrwhitt have amazing aftersales service! Never had a voicemail with them!
