I question the quality of the vitamins. A nutrition and wellness shop owner once told me that UK vitamins are not always the strength stated. H&B is now a chain operation so... I used their liquid D for a while and began having what appeared to be
D deficiency symptoms. Then I used a high quality brand of D and immediately felt better. Coincidence, not sure.
