Service in some stores not the staff fault, as an ex employee the work load is horrendous. No support at all from out of store management. All staff feeling over worked, under paid and under valued. Tons of lone trading in all stores which is criminal.
Cheaper on line for alot of products they sell.
Returns we are told to avoid where possible. Customer service at head office a joke.
TBH vitamins in Boots etc just as good.
