Customer services seems to have been taken over by 3rd party help lines and bots When I tries to get help because I couldn’t get a service in Rome I cas Ames to update the ap and the received an offer of a new plan and declined but was given the plan without my permission for £23. I managed to reach a human on an on line help line the following day but was cut off before the issue was resolved. I have been for ID for many years and am very disappointed in the lack of support.
