The app doesn’t work properly, and doesn’t allow you to set-up a direct debit or pay in instalments when your bill is due it just says “something went wrong” every time you try to put in your payment information. Already today I have attempted to make a payment via the app at least 6/7 times. This means your phone service will be cut the day the bill is overdue, despite having made several attempts to actually pay it. When you call the complains line - it conveniently cuts you off. There is no customer service and no backup for when things go wrong. In terms of how the app works, and their phone lines - this is the worst mobile service provider I have ever used and I can’t wait to be out of contract. This is a continuous problem for me, month on month. The app is terrible and it’s the only way to resolve issues. I have also used the web browser and it still does not work.
