I ordered paid for next day delivery. They sent a message to say they couldn’t fulfil the delivery on time. I emailed several times to cancel and it came back that their inbox was full. I phoned but they weren’t taking calls either. Chatbot was useless. No way to cancel the order, they charged for next day delivery too. Three days too late.
They then want me to pay to return the item! Disgraceful service.
