Bought Jack Wills chunky soled slippers for my partner that completely fell apart after just 3 months of normal wear — stitching undone, bottoms fell off. Clearly not made to last. I reached out to customer service hoping for at least some acknowledgment of the issue, but instead was met with radio silence for over a week not once, oh no not twice but 3 times! Will be a forth to come most likely! When they do finally reply, their messages are cold, dismissive, and rude — basically saying it’s not their problem. No apology, no accountability, just a generic brush-off. It’s clear they have no interest in standing behind their products or offering any sort of customer care. I won’t be buying from Jack Wills again — their products are overpriced junk, and the way they treat customers is disgraceful. Save your money and spend it with a brand that actually gives a damn.
