Appointment booked for tracking. Turned up on time. They seemed to have no idea I had a booking and said I'd have to wait about an hour. Told them no thanks. He didn't even apologise!
Drove home, spent 20 mins on hold to ask for a refund, to be cut off. Rang them back and someone actually said sorry finally and arranged a refund.
So wasted nearly two hours of my day to find out for myself that I should have used another company.
Really just leave them to go bust, they don't deserve anyones business in this competitive climate.
The website is however very good!
