Order my Bridgestones 4 tyres on the website.got free life time tyres guarantee. Had a nail stuck on the side of rear tyre . Went to the Chester road stretford branch where I orinally fitted the tyres .told the guy on the counter that I have a lifetime tyres guarantee and I produce the receipt which is clearly written on that life time guarantee .guy was so rude . Didn’t accept the receipt. He hadn’t got a clue what’s guarantee means . Range the custome service they said it is guarantee. Really gutted .
