At the beginning of September I went to my local NTA to book my mot.,earliest date available was 16th Sept due to no mot inspector .Went along on the 16th and was told no inspector come back tomorrow which I did ,guess what , no mot inspector . Given the manager the benefit of the doubt I re-booked for the 21st . The day before my mot was due I phoned the garage to check if it was still on . I was told it could not been done at the appointed time { 09:00 } possibly not until 11:00 or 12:00 pm and could I leave the car. I could not do this and I said I would wait . I then had a phone call saying it could be done until the following week. I said forget it I will go elsewhere. In total I drove
26 miles back and forth and wasted a lot of time and money .Needless to say i will not be using NTA again. I have only given a rating of one star because at least the manager tried his best .
