Fitted back tyres when they were supposed to fit front tyres and still did the front wheel alignment, although this is doubtful given the way the car drives. Allowed car to be driven away with illegal front tyres.
When contacted to complain they told said the front tyres were legal and showed no remorse and no intention to work to address the problem. Have no ability to pay for new front tyres now, nor are they legal to drive. Disgusted.
