No Show
I booked a mobile tyre replacement for a Sunday 4-8pm fitting. I made a screen shot of the booking, received a confirmation email and checked my credit card was charged £186. They never came. I called but they had no record of the booking. Their brilliant suggestion was to make another booking and pay another £186 and they will look into a refund for the first booking.
I will not be using this awful service again.
