I booked my EV in for Annual MOT through a third party and got a great discount. Upon arrival I was greeted by a cheerful friendly mechanic who took the time to explain what would happen and how long I'd be waiting. During the waiting time another mechanic was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about a conversation we had about my EV. I've got to say that this was the first time in many years that I wasn't treated like a 'dumb female' who didn't know anything about cars.
