The site and the process is very efficient. Post-sale contact with the client was easy and prompt. The return of merchandise does work well! However, NewChic must review "the sizes" of their clothes (according to Western standards???). People who wear large sizes (I am 6.5 tall and large chest), pay attention: you may not get your sizes and the products might not fit you. Even the 5XL is extremely small for tall and wide chest/shoulder people. The shirts were very beautiful and very good quality, but they did not fit me (too small), even after returning and buying them a second time in 5XL. Quite frustrating!!!
