I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of pants on 01.10, unfortunately they were not in stock and I did not receive the immediate information that these, or as I found out later, one of the products is not in stock, and To be honest, I don't understand why the products that are not in stock at the moment appear on the website, anyway, let's say, as it was my first order, I didn't know that before ordering you have to verify that the product is in stock, which I think absurd, and as a first buyer the situation is very confusing, let's get over it anyway, and so, a month had to pass after which Sami split the order and deliver it in separate deliveries, as a delivery term of 15-20 days and as a rule after placing the order for 48 hours to be delivered, the one I already have 9 days and it shows me that it is in process, for the second order, having weekly discussions and promising that the stocks will be fulfilled in the following days and so on another 3 weeks have passed ini, after which I already lost my patience and asked for it to be changed, and I still have 2 more weeks in which still nothing happens.
When asked what the solution to this problem will be, the offer is a 20% discount on the next purchase, which will certainly not be available again.
The idea of ordering can be clothes for a specific event or for some wardrobe changes, maybe due to the outside season, but when you receive a simple order of a shirt and some pants, in periods of approximately 3 months, you certainly don't want to do it again shopping .
