1. Prices for clothes VERY confusing when purchasing on website . eg US14=2XL. It has to be one or the other, not both. Whoever prices clothes on New Chic doesn't understand US/Canada sizing. I had to return 90%of my purchases because the sizes were wrong.. 2.Quality of the fabric used to make blouses and hoodies very cheap. Looks nice on website but really cheap China factory looking when received. 3. New Chic Website design very poor for doing refunds. Hard to find and follow, small font size very difficult as though we were not supposed to easily access refund information. 4. However, good delivery and processing. Things arrived ok.
