Ordered a pair of boots which "appeared" on the website to be purple suede. What I got was some cheap man made fabric in a strange shade of red. I have been trying to get a return label for 10 days and they will not provide one, they keep asking for pictures etc. An offer of a 20% refund - why should I give them 80% of what I paid? Should be the other way around! Will not shop there again.
