The Chinese people are hardworking, decent and polite. I am not happy that it takes a working week before you process the order and then 5 working weeks to deliver it. Your standard delivery does not conform to European or USA expectations. We do not expect that a 6-week delivery option would be offered by any modern internet seller. You have let yourselves down in a big way. I shall not be your only dis-satisfied customer. You have won and lost a customer at the same time … not a very clever business strategy.
