I received an awesome coat on time, but their automated notification protocols leave something to be desired. All I got was my purchase confirmation, and I was left wondering what was going to happen until about 2 weeks after my purchase, when I got a tracking number and was notified it would be arriving shortly.
Overall, very happy with a great product and it arrived within the expected time frame.
