NewChic is a real company with very nice products -- I've bought several CUTE and COLORFUL pairs of shoes. The company is located in China, so it takes a LONG time to get products. One pair of shoes didn't fit (didn't match the measurements given), and the company worked with me to give me a partial refund, as sending back would have been too expensive for me. The idea is that I will pass along the small shoes to someone else, and I used the partial refund to purchase a different pair of shoes from NewChic. I do recommend NewChic for the cutest shoes in the world (really), but measure your feet and expect a wait.
