The four items I ordered arrived within the advised timeframe. Of the four items I ordered, three were the size I ordered, but one item was not as I ordered and was far too small to wear. I'm not even going to engage in the returns or refunds processes because I don't have enough time in my day to rectify NewChic's issues.
