I am a solid NewChic customer. Their sale prices and the variety they offer are awesome. The quality of the goods are not the best, but not the worst; so "value" (price vs. quality) I think is great. As far as delivery; I have only had to replace one item because of sizes not being what was advertised, and NewChic made it right. The items don't arrive as quick as I would like, but so far I have received everything I have ordered. Over the last few years I would say this totals approx. 30 to 40 items.
