Delivery time was a bit slow from order to delivery from ordering on 2020-11-04 to receipt on 2020-12-21.
Customer service was excellent: I had to change the size of a t-shirt for my daughter. That case was solved in a professional manner.
If there is another occasion for fashionable gifts to my daughter, I will certainly order again at newchic.
