I received no e-mail confirmation of my order and no information regarding how I could track my order. 3 days after my order was placed, I received an e-mail from New-Chic informing me that the item I ordered (felt cat striped crossbody bag) was now on sale for 2/3rd price that I paid - still no information on tracking my order. My order arrived after 10 days just in time for Xmas. Pleased with product but not service.
