Delivery seemed a little fraught but the package arrived in very good condition in about three weeks from order date. Considering its tortuous route that was very good. The jacket was a little tight for use as an overcoat which was surprising considering the labelled size but met the UK sizing. I have not had to contact customer services and am intending to keep the jacket, wallet and holster.
