Outrageous and quite frankly criminal against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Although NewChic has colourful and interesting clothing and footwear, I was recently sent a parcel from China covered with mould inside and out. When requesting a full refund and to collect this damaged health hazard parcel from my home, they continually requested that I post it back to China at my expense!? This attitude and response is criminal as I purchased the items in the UK and they arrived damaged. Disgraceful and criminal!
