Items were supposed to arrive in time for Christmas but did not although I was informed that they would be delayed just before Christmas.Part of the order arrived in the New Year but not the other and only when I contacted the company was I informed that it was out of stock. I was offered the choice of ordering something else or a refund. I chose a refund which was completed very quickly.
