I ordered a pair of shoes. Near the expected delivery date, no information was updated on the tracking process. I proactively send a message to the chat box and knew that my color was sold out. So I had to change to another color which led to late delivery. My product was badly packaged. It was wrapped in a torn plastic. It even did not put in a carton box.
