Recieved the shoes and they were measured incorrectly. Called for satisfaction and the NewChik representative said they would only refund 1/2 the price. I protested and after a while they said they would refund all the purchase price, but not the tax or other costs.
It has been one month and I have not received a penny of refund. Never wilI I purchase from NewChik again nor will I recommend their service to another person.
