I made a purchase on a time sensitive basis, because I needed the item for upcoming cancer surgery (it is a large pillow to keep me from rolling over onto the wound). The website said that the item would be shipped in one day, and indeed I received confirmation that it had shipped. When the item hadn't been received one week later, I contacted the company and was advised that it had only shipped on the day of my inquiry - meaning that they had totally lied a week earlier when they said it had shipped, I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, and they refused and offered me a few lame points. I certainly don't want points to make another purchase from a company which blatantly lies. This company does NOT deserve your business, and I continue to want my money back as the item I purchased will arrive too late to help me after my cancer surgery.
