First, it is not obvious from their homepage that this is a business out of Hong Kong although the long delivery times should have been a red flag to me. I overlooked that clocking it up to being out of stock or some such thing. They do not make it easy either to get a tracking number, something UPS or FedEx would ever be guilty of. So they give you an "estimate" of from 8 to 20 days for REGULAR delivery. Yikes! I ordered a man's jacket, the price was "right" but it took 22 business days to get here. The medium sized jacket that I ordered was labeled large so I thought, OK, Hong Kong sizes may be different from US sizes so that did not bother me until I tried to put it on and zip it up. Well, either I am going to have to lose another ten+ pounds or give it away to a charity. I will do the latter as I want nothing more to do with these shady operators. SO, BUYER BEWARE!
