I placed an order for a few tops. Over 3 weeks After the order was placed I received an email saying they were out of stock - 3 weeks? - I thought Well maybe I will try this one more time. Ordered again. 6/24/18 , this time I used the online chat to make sure I was ordering something in stock and I wasn't sure of size. Online customer service assured me that if an item did not fit, they would pay shipping both ways so I ordered. I just received the order and it was way too large. Contacted New Chic they said I had to pay for shipping and then if I returned the item they would charge me the original shipping but couldn't tell me how much that would be. They would attach the charge once they received the returned item. WHAT? takes 6-8 weeks to get an order. Some of the clothes look really cute but not worth the long time it takes to get them and return policy. I will NOT order again
