Although I followed the measurements online, the item I purchased was way to small. I did not want a refund, I wanted to exchange for a larger size. When I did an online chat, I confirmed in the first sentence that the item I purchased was sent in the size I ordered but that it didn't fit. They asked me to take pictures of the item with a tape measurement in the picture. This was a request I have never received from an website I ordered from but I complied and uploaded pictures to the chat. During this process, I was told the pictures weren't clear enough. At that point I asked why they needed pictures of their own product. They finally told me that they were confirming that what I ordered was sent and, no, they could not return my money or exchange the item. Since I had already told them they sent what I ordered, I was more than annoyed at the amount of hassle they put me through just to say they couldn't return my money. I will not order from them again and I would suggest anyone thinking about ordering to reconsider. There are no returns and their customer service is horrible.
